Rooted in Experience
DayBreak was founded by Phillip Fisher, whose love for the outdoors began on his family’s farm in Eastern Oklahoma. A lifelong learner and competitive golfer, Phillip combined his passion for the land with his drive for excellence, graduating with honors in Horticulture and Turfgrass Science from Oklahoma State University.
After college, Phillip was recruited by a national lawn and tree care company, where he started as a Turf Route Manager and worked his way up to Chief Operating Officer of one of the nation’s top 50 green industry firms. Along the way, he learned that lasting success isn’t just about growing lawns — it’s about growing people. His leadership philosophy is built on hard work, teamwork, and a people-first mindset.
With the support of his wife and two grown children, Phillip launched DayBreak Lawn Care to bring those values to life. His mission is simple: to deliver the best lawn care experience possible by putting people first — customers and team alike.
