Eligibility

Offer valid for residential customers within DayBreak’s standard service area. Customers must be 18 years or older to participate.

Service Availability

All services are subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and product availability. DayBreak reserves the right to adjust timing or modify service methods to ensure safety, quality, and effective results.

Payment Terms

The customer portal allows you to either (A) pay an existing invoice/balance (B) make a deposit or (C) Sign up for Auto Pay

A) Pay an existing invoice/balance
If you have an open balance, a payment made here will be applied to your account and applied to the oldest outstanding invoice(s) unless otherwise required by your state or the invoice terms.

B) Make a deposit 
If you do not have an open balance (or you want to pay ahead), you may make a deposit. Deposits are recorded as a credit on your account and will be applied to future invoice(s) as they are issued.

C) Sign up for Auto Pay
It is suggested and recommended to sign up for Auto Pay. Simply add your credit card details through the secure portal and you card will automatically run after your services have been completed.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit/Debit Card (online only): Payments are processed securely through this portal. Please note that DayBreak does not accept card numbers by phone, email, or text.
  • Check: If your prefer to pay by check, please cut off the remittance section on your invoice and mail it to the address shown on your invoice and include your invoice number (or property address) on the memo line so we can apply it correctly.

Important

  • Please do not mail a check if you already paid through the portal.
  • Service may be paused for accounts that become past due.

Service Start & Scheduling

DayBreak will contact customers prior to the first visit to confirm details and scheduling. Services may vary based on turf type, weather conditions, and agronomic timing.

Limitation of Liability

DayBreak is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing lawn conditions, hidden obstructions, or customer negligence.

Changes or Termination

DayBreak reserves the right to modify or discontinue service programs, pricing, or terms at any time. Customers will be notified in advance of any material changes.

Acceptance

By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and authorize DayBreak to prepare your 2026 service plan and invoice accordingly.

Misprints and Errors

DayBreak is not responsible for typographical errors in marketing or digital materials. All offers are subject to correction or withdrawal.

Right to Refuse Service

DayBreak reserves the right to decline service for properties that are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the scope of standard residential operations.

Indemnification

Customers agree to hold DayBreak, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims or damages arising from misuse of services or undisclosed property hazards.

Privacy and Marketing Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service and scheduling communications from DayBreak. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Personal data will be used solely for service fulfillment and marketing consistent with applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the service is performed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

DayBreak proudly offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our services.

If you are not satisfied with a completed application, you must notify DayBreak within 7 days of the service date. We will return to re-treat the specific area at no additional charge.

If, after the re-treatment, you are still not satisfied, DayBreak will refund the full cost of that specific service application.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the most recent completed service and does not apply to overall seasonal program results. Results may vary due to weather conditions, irrigation practices, mowing height, soil conditions, pre-existing lawn health, or other factors outside of DayBreak’s control.

The guarantee does not apply to services where recommended cultural practices or watering guidelines were not followed.

Referral Program – Give $50, Get $50

DayBreak’s Give $50, Get $50 referral program rewards existing customers for referring new residential lawn care customers.

Eligibility
Referring customers must have an active DayBreak service plan in good standing. Referred customers must be new residential customers who have not previously received service from DayBreak.

Reward Structure
When a referred customer signs up for a qualifying annual lawn care program and completes their first paid service, both the referring customer and the new customer will receive a $50 account credit.

Credits are applied to the customer’s DayBreak account and may be used toward future services. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Program Conditions
The referred customer must:

  • Be located within DayBreak’s standard service area
  • Purchase a qualifying annual program
  • Remain an active customer through completion of their first paid application

Self-referrals, referrals within the same household, or duplicate accounts are not eligible.

Limits
DayBreak reserves the right to limit the number of referral credits issued per household per calendar year.

Changes and Termination
DayBreak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Fraud or Abuse
DayBreak may withhold or revoke referral credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
